This is my first holidays in my new home and I can't wait for family to see it for the first time,
 
Now that it's getting colder I am making sure that my side walks will be shoveled and I had my furnace checked to make sure it's working properly I need to make sure that the weather striping around my doors is OK.

        

Hello all   My first house payment is due in November and it feels = great, It's nice to know that the money is not going torward o= ther peoples bills like when you rent. Having to make morgage paynents mean= s that I can build equety that I can use if I need to use as I want su= ch as repairs.

Life in my new place has = settled down to normal. There is one more project in the next coup= le of days that is going to give me another exit out of my house.   One of the patio doors is going to be replaced with a s= ingle door that will allow me to get out in my scooter and or wheelcha= ir in case of an emergency. Hello Everyone   Now that I own my place I can't call maintenance tofix = something. That is my responsability now. I am working on building= up my savings so that I can pay for such things when it happens.   I still love my place and I can't wait to see what the = future holds.

Hello everyone   It has taken a little while but my home is becoming jus= t  that. My home is mine I can't believe I can say that. I thoug= ht this day would never come.   I went to the closing to sign the paperwork to make it = official. When they handed me the file and the keys what a feelin= g that is.   Now it's time to celebrate a little and then settle in = and enjoy my new home.

Hello All   I am getting closer to moving day the motification of m= y condo. It is like a waiting game inthe mean time I am stating = to pack.   I went over yesterday to see if I could take some pictu= res to show people the progress that has been made.   I will have to tryto get pic another day there was no o= ne there. I met with Rebecca today to see how things are progress= ing on my condo things are moving along they will be putting up drywal= l soon and the appliances will soon follow.   It looks like I may be moved in by the end of july.
